I INFORMATION AND DATA WE COLLECT
We collect
information you provide directly via the Application, as well as certain
technical information automatically.
A. INFORMATION YOU
GIVE US
The Application
provides two opportunities for you to provide us with personal information: (i)
to obtain customer support; and (ii) to ask characters questions.
To obtain customer
support, you may utilize the chat support function in the Application. To
utilize this function, you will be required to provide us with your first name
and an email address. We will then give you the ability to live chat with a
customer service representative on the Application. After we have resolved your
request for support, we will send you an email that will include the customer
service representativeÕs response to your support request. We then immediately
delete your email. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose
other than to respond to your support request. The live support chat within the
Application will also be moderated so that if you disclose any personal
information during the chat, we will delete the record of that chat.
Within the
Application, there are various characters with which you can interact. We allow
you to ask characters questions, either by typing the question or by using the
microphone on your mobile device to record you asking the question. The audio
file containing your question is then converted into a text file. We utilize
the text file to search for an answer to your question. A text file of the
answer is then sent to the Application and is converted into an audio file.
This allows the character to answer your question audibly. After your question
has been answered, your audio file is immediately deleted, and it is not used
for any other purpose.
You will notice that
there are other opportunities for you to provide information within the
Application. Specifically, you can provide your first name and birthday in the
profile section. You can also take pictures and record videos, including
pictures and videos that contain your image and/or voice. However, this
information is stored solely on your mobile device, and it is not shared with
us or any third parties.
B. INFORMATION WE
COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
We automatically
collect technical data that you need to use the Application, as well as
additional technical data that we need to maintain and analyze the
functionality of the Application, and to personalize the content of the
Application. This includes:
